Ukraine and Russia carried out another exchange of prisoners of war.
Defenders who fought in Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Luhansk, Kharkiv, Sumy, Chernihiv, and Kyiv Oblasts have returned home. They are members of the Armed Forces, National Guard, and State Border Guard Service.
