Top-seeded Jannik Sinner faces Grigor Dimitrov at Wimbledon

All the attention after Jannik Sinner's fourth-round match against Grigor Dimitrov was on the unfortunate injury that forced the Bulgarian to retire mid-match at a fifth consecutive Grand Slam.

But early in the third set, with the match on serve, Dimitrov hit an ace and seemed to seriously injure his right pectoral muscle. He collapsed on the court, and grabbed his chest.

Sinner won after Dimitrov retired while leading 6-3, 7-5, 2-2. For much of the match, it was Sinner, the world No. 1, who was injured and struggling mightily after he took a tumble in the first game and caught himself on his right elbow.
