Jonathan Pintaro called up to major leagues by New York Mets

Another day, another Mets pitching roster move: Austin Warren up, Jonathan Pintaro down.

The Mets just DFA'd both left-handed relievers on their active roster, José Castillo and Richard Lovelady. Jonathan Pintaro and Brandon Waddell (another lefty) are up.
