Shota Imanaga returns to the Chicago Cubs after injury

A snoozer here in the finale. The Cardinals are shut out for the second straight game, lose to the Cubs 3-0. They'll settle for a somewhat disappointing series split after leading the set 2-0. A three-city, nine-game road trip awaits — capped off by three games at Wrigley Field.

It was not Erick Fedde's night. He's tagged for seven earned over 3 2/3 innings as the Cubs shutout the Cardinals 8-0. St. Louis can still take the series with a win in the finale tomorrow. Chicago will activate and start Shota Imanaga, his first start since May 4. #STLCards
