ICE agents denied entry to Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles

DHS said the agents were Customs and Border Protection not ICE officials. As anti-Immigration and Customs Enforcement protests continue in Los Angeles, dozens of federal agents were seen near Dodger Stadium on Thursday but were denied entry to the famed ballpark, according to the MLB team.

The Dodgers issued a statement on Thursday afternoon confirming that it asked the ICE agents to leave their property. “This morning, ICE agents came to Dodger Stadium and requested permission to access the parking lots. They were denied entry to the grounds by the organization,” the team said on X.

The parking lot is not technically owned by the team — former Dodgers owner Frank McCourt still owns the team parking lot — but is considered team property. McCourt sold the franchise to Guggenheim Baseball Management in 2012.
