Tropical Storm Andrea forms in the Atlantic Ocean

This storm is no longer being tracked. Andrea was a post-tropical cyclone in the North Atlantic Ocean late Tuesday Atlantic time, the National Hurricane Center said in its latest advisory. The post-tropical cyclone had sustained wind speeds of 35 miles per hour. Andrea was not expected to be a threat to land.
