The man, Bradford James Gille, 42, of Afton, Mich., also faces 11 counts of assault with intent to murder, Sheriff Mike Shea of Grand Traverse County said at a news conference on Sunday. Though officials said a motive for the attack remained undetermined, they are seeking to charge Mr. Gille with terrorism.
