WHAT HAPPENED? Rochester set a new daily rainfall record with over 3" of water. The Thruway flooded near Henrietta. We had businesses & basements that turned into swimming pools. What the heck happened today? 1. Off the top...moisture. And lots of it. While we were soupy all day
