Scattered severe thunderstorms are expected across parts of the southern High Plains into the Hill Country of central Texas this afternoon and evening. A Severe Thunderstorm Watch is in effect until 7pm for the area along and south of Hwy 90/I-10. Hail up to 2.5" and wind gusts up to 70 mph are the most likely threats. A tornado or two are also possible. pic.twitter.com/Yj18NcVB8M
