Cool tidbit from our conversation last week with Ed Policy is he recently met up with Bob Harlan, the Packers’ 88-year-old chairman emeritus. Policy expected a nice 20 minute chat. The two talked for three hours at a high top table in Lambeau. “He's a pretty special guy.”

Matt LaFleur and Brian Gutekunst have two years left under contract. Ed Policy isn't extending them now (standard), but they do an "exceptional job" and he wants to avoid contract years. Extensions inevitable after 2025? Or will this season dictate that? www.nytimes.com/athletic/6428439/2025/06/17/packers-ed-policy-matt-lafleur-brian-gutekunst-contracts/
