28 Years Later film sequel to release in theaters

"28 Years Later," the latest sequel of the "28 Days Later" franchise, is out June 20. BI asked its director Danny Boyle and its writer Alex Garland if getting original ideas commissioned is tough. Garland said sequels are giving diminishing returns — and he thinks Marvel is partly to blame.
