Tropical Storm Flossie strengthens off Mexico's coast

Event: Tropical Storm Flossie is expected to become a hurricane on June 30 or July 1. Though it is not projected to make landfall in Mexico with hurricane strength, heavy rain is expected along the Pacific coast throughout the week.
