The #Bears have personnel flexibility because of their strong weapons. 11 personnel? Rome Odunze. 12 personnel? Gerald Everett. 21 personnel? Khari Blasingame. Hell, you could do split-back sets with Khalil Herbert or 4 WR sets with Tyler Scott. There’s depth to this offense.

There are hard workers, and then there are killers. By all accounts, Caleb Williams is a killer. Those are the guys who rise to stardom in the NFL. Still has some stuff to work on, but his mindset seems to be like very few in the league today. #Bears
