Judge CANNON's decision to allow outside experts to argue on Trump's motion to invalidate the entire special counsel probe is certainly unusual. On Tuesday, Judge Cannon scheduled Appointments Clause arguments in Trump's classified docs case for June 21. In a scheduling order, she just made for a busy end of the month in that case.
