Judge Cannon has *again* reshuffled the schedule for Trump's case in Florida, postponing her three-day hearing on Trump's motion to compel and scheduling three days of hearings on the validity of Jack Smith's appointment and his recent gag order request. storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.flsd.648652/gov.uscourts.flsd.648652.605.0.pdf

Judge CANNON's decision to allow outside experts to argue on Trump's motion to invalidate the entire special counsel probe is certainly unusual. Two of them, Josh Blackman and Gene Schaerr, support Trump's position. Matthew Seligman, on the other hand, calls it "meritless." pic.twitter.com/E60ENe8v52
