The atmosphere here is clear: Russia is a threat that must be addressed. If in the past the West could afford to turn a blind eye to the potential danger, that is no longer the case. And that is a good thing. There is unity around supporting Ukraine.

In #Dnipro, the death toll from yesterday's Russian attack has risen to 19. In total, there are 21 casualties in the Oblast. More than 300 people were injured, according to the Oblast Military Administration.
