By any objective metric, Russia is less secure today than 2022. Putins invasion of Ukraine has (1) killed tens of thousands of Russian soldiers, (2) produced one of the best armies in Europe in Ukraine, & (3) added 2 new members to NATO; & (4) deepened NATO-Ukraine ties.
