Todd Nelson joins Pittsburgh Penguins coaching staff

The Penguins have named Todd Nelson, Nick Bonino, and Rich Clune assistant coaches, and Troy Paquette the team’s assistant video coach. Goaltending Coach Andy Chiodo will remain on Head Coach Dan Muse’s staff in the same role.

New Penguins assistant coach Todd Nelson spent the last three seasons as head coach of the Hershey Bears. He guided them to back-to-back Calder Cups in 2023 and ’24, and was named the AHL Coach of the Year last season. He's also had stints in the NHL. More from Dan Muse ⬇️ pic.x.com/yJPvRAroLd
