FedExCup leader Scottie Scheffler closes the U.S. Open with a 2-over 72, his fifth straight over-par round on the PGA TOUR. Tiger Woods remains the only player to win the U.S. Open after entering the week No. 1 in the Official World Golf Rankings, doing so in 2000, 2002 and 2008.
