It is obviously not good for Trump to be on criminal trial but it's my sense anecdotally that very few if any of the details from the trial are breaking through to people who aren't already obsessed with politics.

I could give every Republican politician who appeared at Trump’s trial to make a statement that they have no case a simple, 10-question quiz about the testimony and evidence presented and they wouldn’t be able to answer any of them. They know nothing about this case.
