Dreamers are our loved ones, nurses, teachers, and small business owners – they deserve the promise of health care just like all of us. Today, my Administration is making that real by expanding affordable health coverage through the Affordable Care Act to DACA recipients.

I’m proud of the contributions of Dreamers to our country and committed to providing them the support they need to succeed. That’s why we’re taking a historic step to ensure DACA recipients have the same access to health care through the Affordable Care Act as their neighbors.

Health care is a human right & no one should be prevented from accessing affordable care. Expanding health care coverage for DACA recipients is critical & long overdue.
