Chris Grier said that Dolphins LT Terron Armstead's leadership is a major factor in developing their young offensive linemen: "The cool thing about (Terron) is that he loves to mentor these guys."

Grier said Patrick Paul was the highest-rated player on their board and the Dolphins weren't necessarily drafting for need. That tracks -- tackle wasn't an immediate need but it will quickly become one once Armstead retires
