At 3 pm CDT...satellite showed strong/severe t-storms from Nebraska/eastern Kansas to eastern Oklahoma and northeast Texas. While storms were trying to grow in southwest Missouri/northwest Arkansas, the environment was not quite unstable enough due to clouds/morning rain.
