Sudan: 18 million people are acutely hungry. Millions are on the brink of famine. @FAO explains how conflict is impacting lives and devastating food security in the country. ⬇️

📍In #Sudan, WFP will increase assistance to more than 2 million people facing the most severe levels of hunger in 40 hotspots. Certain communities in these areas are at high risk of slipping into #famine-like conditions without urgent and sustained support.
