NASA Administrator Bill Nelson says in remarks at the NASA Advisory Committee meeting this morning that the budget caps from the Fiscal Responsibility Act cost the agency around $5.5-6 billion over FY24 and 25. (Nelson said last week it was $4.7B, which matches budget docs.)
