Is driverless FSD (Full Self-Driving) possible with the current Tesla Autopilot 4.0 hardware?

I think the biggest news today is that Tesla is launching a ride-hailing service with human drivers. This is probably because Elon wants more people to experience the Supervised Full Self-Driving (FSD) feature. The idea seems to be to increase demand for vehicle sales. I'm still waiting for Tesla's FSD competition to show me their chart of AV's exponentially increasing miles driven as well as the skyrocketing compute and the 85k H100 computing power they're getting. Anyone? pic.twitter.com/j2QGLf8PVH

If Tesla gains +12% in one day because it is announced that some models will come earlier, what will happen when it becomes known that autonomous vehicles will be introduced in the first 🇺🇸 US states?
