BREAKING — House Republicans are posting the aid bill imminently. I’m told there are no changes from what @SpeakerJohnson laid out Monday.

NEW: House Rules Committee just voted 9-3 to advance the foreign aid package to the House floor. In a rare turn, Democrats voted with most of the GOP, while Reps. Massie, Norman and Roy voted no.

House members are already heading for the airport, per two lawmakers. “Dems too. So it might net a positive,” says one House Republican. The House was supposed to adjourn for recess today but is tentatively planning to stay in session to pass foreign aid on Saturday.
