Lukashenka is benefiting from the Crocus City Hall attack. He contradicted the Kremlin by stating that the attackers fled towards #Belarus, not Ukraine. He added that security forces were mobilised & the attackers realised they couldn't enter Belarus, so they changed their route. pic.twitter.com/56gX5ezP8V
