Wilmington tunnel collapse temporarily traps 31 construction workers

• A tunnel under construction in Wilmington collapsed and temporarily trapped 31 workers Wednesday, officials said.
• Shortly before 10 p.m., LAFD officials said all the workers had been rescued "alive without visible injury."
• Officials said the workers were able to scramble to the other side of the collapse to be shuttled to the tunnel entry.
