Perrysburg school leaders make case for limiting housing developments

• If Perrysburg City Council can ban new car washes in the city, they can reign in housing developments, said members.
• The school board is taking steps to put a levy on the Nov. 5 ballot, with the current levy expiring Dec. 31.
• Ms. Larimer said the city’s growth also stresses police, fire, and utility services.
